The Week in Review...

So I've not had any ONE major thing to blog about this week, so hence the absence of any new postings on my blog. But... just to oblige you on a Friday afternoon... here's a summary of my week in review...

• Sunday- retreated from the Retreat! Went to bed at 9 pm and was out like a light- didn't hear my phone ring 4 times between 9 pm and 11 pm... and they were all my boss calling.. oops!
• Monday- Presented at the state math teachers conference... We Rocked!
• Tuesday- visited our former Physics Outreach coordinator in her new classroom- pretty fun... and somewhat nostalgic.. makes you want to be back in the classroom...
• Wednesday- had a visit with the nurse practitioner. Decided I would rather see my doctor than her. Discussed my freakishly high BP from my visit at the Dr. Office two weeks ago. And magically, it's not high anymore. Self-diagnosis- allergy meds raising the roof on the BP- so only taking them as needed and the BP is stellar! Also.... started back with a personal trainer that night....uggh. But it's good for me! :)
• Thursday- impromptu lunch with a friend- first time eating Indian food... interesting. Got my flu shot...
• Friday- presented a poster for the President's Leadership Council- at 7 am. Ready to go home... but nope.. gotta go work out...
• Saturday- going home to visit my parents and go shoe shopping! :)
